Every Petsly Studio product is custom-made to order. Because each item is printed just for you, please allow for production time in addition to shipping time.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days after purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time & Rates

• United States: typically 3–5 business days after production (about 5–10 business days total).
• International: typically 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners from facilities in the United States and Europe and shipped via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local equivalents). International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes & Address Errors

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email us at petsly@avantiai.co with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or reprint. See our Returns & Guarantee Policy for details.
