We stand by our products. If you're not happy with your custom item, we’ll make it right with a free reprint or store credit — no need to send anything back.

To request a reprint or credit, email us within 14 days of delivery at petsly@avantiai.co. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue if applicable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just email us with a photo and your order number.


No Returns or Exchanges

All of our products are custom-made for each customer. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer exchanges

 

European Union Customers

For EU orders, the 14-day right to return does not apply to personalized products.


Refunds (Rare Cases Only)

If we determine a refund is appropriate (e.g., severe printing error and reprint is not possible), it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
